Dreams & Queens uses the highest quality materials, however dust, pollution and daily wear all conspire to cloud the brilliance of gemstones and dull the surface of precious metals.
To keep your jewellery's brilliance, learn what to avoid and how to care for your precious metals, diamonds and natural gemstones with the care instructions below:

• You should remove your jewellery when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or chlorinated pool.
• Avoid spraying perfume, applying creams or any liquids directly onto your jewellery
• Keep your jewellery away from direct sunlight, humidity or extreme temperatures.
• Avoid wearing your jewellery when using cleaning materials such as bleach. 
• Ideally store your pieces of jewellery separately, so they don't rub together or become tangled.
• When not wearing your jewellery keep them in a safe, dry (air tight, if possible) location. 

• To keep your jewellery looking radiant and to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnish we recommend using the polishing cloth provided. Rub the piece in one direction rather than circular motions.
• Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean the metal as they can cause scratching. 

• All our Sterling silver products are protected with anti-tarnish solution but this may eventually wear with time.
• Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives so we recommend caring for, wearing and storing your jewellery as mentioned above.
